On Wednesday, developers and city officials marked the start of construction for The Saint Grand with a groundbreaking ceremony and presentation of renderings. This mixed-use development is a collaboration between Mavrek Development, GW Properties, Luxury Living, and Double Eagle Development and will be located at the intersection of E. Grand Ave and N. St Clair St, taking the place of an outdated city parking garage.

At the groundbreaking event for The Saint Grand, city officials were in attendance alongside the developers as they marked the beginning of construction for the project. The development, which is being jointly managed by Mavrek Development, GW Properties, Luxury Living, and Double Eagle Development, will take the place of a former municipal parking garage at 218 E. Grand Ave and N. St Clair St.

“We are thrilled to officially break ground and move forward with this project,” said Adam Friedberg, Managing Partner at Mavrek Development. “The Saint Grand will offer elevated wellness and embody the sophistication and elegance of the vibrant Streeterville community in Chicago.”
