These Terms govern the use of this website together with the related pages and material we make available online (together, the “Service”), which is operated by Freedes Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them before using the Service.

By opening or using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If any part of them does not suit you, please stop using the Service. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Who May Use the Service

The Service is meant for people who have reached the age of majority where they live, and for organisations acting through someone authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf. By using the Service you confirm that this describes you.

What the Service Is

The Service presents our work and what we do. It is a showcase and a point of contact, nothing more.

Nothing published here is an offer, a quotation, a commitment, or advice of any kind, and nothing here forms a contract for work. Any actual engagement — its scope, terms, timing and price — is agreed separately and in writing, and only that separate agreement binds either side.

Material on the Service

The material on the Service is published for general information and may be incomplete, out of date, or superseded. Images and examples are illustrative and do not describe the result of any particular project.

We may change, correct, suspend or withdraw any part of the Service, including anything said about our work or its price, at any time and without notice. We are under no obligation to keep the Service or any part of it available.

The Service and everything on it — text, images, video, graphics, layout, code and marks — belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us, and is protected by the applicable laws.

You may view the Service and keep a personal copy of a page for your own reference. Any other use — copying, publishing, adapting, distributing, or using our name or marks — requires our written permission in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedes Studio and its owners, employees, contractors and partners are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind — direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive, and including loss of data, profit, goodwill, opportunity or business — arising out of or connected with the Service, these Terms, any material published here, the acts or omissions of third parties, or any event beyond our reasonable control, whether or not we were advised that such loss was possible.

Indemnity

Termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may withdraw your access at any time, without notice and without giving a reason. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the Service, are governed by the law of the place where we carry on business, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.

If something goes wrong, please write to us first: most matters are settled far more quickly that way than through a court.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A delay in enforcing any part of them is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole of the agreement between us about the Service, and they replace anything said or written about it before.
